Cancellation Fees:

• Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to arrival: Full refund
• Cancellations made 10-14 days prior to arrival: 50% refund
• Cancellations made 9 days or less prior to arrival: No refund

Refund Process:

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after cancellation.
• Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
• Bank transfers or cheque

Non-Refundable Bookings:

• Certain room types or packages may be non-refundable. These bookings will be clearly marked during the booking process.

Changes to Bookings:

• Changes to booking dates or room types may be subject to availability and potential fees.
